Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. While the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the park entrance, and the rooms are notably clean and comfortable, there were several issues that really dampened my visit. Service could use improvement, especially with language barriers and handling requests. Additionally, the dining options did not live up to expectations, particularly the breakfast offerings.
This hotel has a great location close to the Jiuzhaigou Valley National Park, making it convenient for exploration. However, my experience was marred by various issues, including poorly maintained rooms and unhelpful service. The dining options were limited and not up to the standards one would expect from a higher-end hotel, leaving much to be desired.
The Sheraton Juizhaigou resort is conveniently located near the national park, making it an ideal choice for park visitors. While the reception staff were mostly friendly and helpful, the service could sometimes fall short of expectations. The rooms were quite outdated and lacked the cozy decor seen in other hotels. Dining options were a mixed bag, with some highlights but also substantial room for improvement.
While the hotel has a great location close to the national park, and the staff is genuinely helpful, there are some drawbacks, particularly regarding the room conditions and the dining experience. The rooms could use some updating, and the food options were somewhat repetitive. Overall, it's a decent place to stay if you're visiting the area, especially for convenience, but don't expect top-tier quality.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short taxi ride from the Jiuzhaigou Park entrance, which makes it super convenient for park visits. Unfortunately, the rooms had some serious cleanliness issues, and the smoking smell was quite bothersome. While the dining options were decent, the breakfast didn't impress much. Overall, it has potential but needs significant improvements in maintenance and service.
